This is for the person in a factory or buying office who is handed an enquiry and expected to turn it into a price, a plan, and a shipped container. You start by reading a tech pack the way somebody who has to price it reads one. Then you build a cost sheet you can defend line by line: consumption from the marker, CM from a real operation bulletin, and overhead absorbed at capacity you have actually sold. You finish by running one export order from confirmed PO to container. You plan backwards from the ship date, name a critical path, place purchase orders against the calendar rather than against hope, run the AQL gates, and get a ship clearance somebody signs. At the end you can quote an order, then deliver the order you quoted, and explain the gap between the two when there is one.
