Track 1
Fibres and YarnsThis is where every garment starts. You learn what a fibre actually is, how it becomes yarn, and why the count and twist on a fabric spec decide how the garment feels, how long it lasts, and what it costs.
5 courses· 9 h 21 minTrack 2
FabricYou learn what a fabric actually is once you stop reading the name on the swatch tag: the construction, the weight, the width, and the calculations that decide how much you buy and what the garment costs.
6 courses· 10 h 43 minTrack 3
Colour and FinishingYou learn how a fabric gets its colour and its hand. And you see why the two most expensive arguments in apparel are decided long before anyone looks at a garment: a shade that will not match, and a finish that will not last.
6 courses· 11 h 39 minTrack 4
Product and SpecificationYou learn what a tech pack actually contains, what is always missing from it, and the questions that get answered before anybody puts a number on anything.
6 courses· 11 h 50 minTrack 5
The Factory FloorYou follow how a cut order becomes finished garments: the rooms, the machines, the people, and the minute as the unit everything is measured in.
7 courses· 14 h 10 minTrack 6
Quality and InspectionYou learn how a garment order is judged fit to ship: the sampling plan, the defect classification behind every number on the report, and the clearance decision somebody signs.
6 courses· 11 h 15 minTrack 7
Running the OrderYou follow how a confirmed purchase order becomes a container on a vessel, and who owns each day in between.
7 courses· 13 h 57 minTrack 8
Garment CostingYou learn how a garment price is actually built, line by line, from the fabric consumption to the FOB you put in the email.
6 courses· 11 h 30 minYou learn what a buyer means when they ask you to prove something: the standards, the chemistry, and the paper trail behind a claim.
5 courses· 9 h 10 minTrack 10
Systems and DataYou learn the systems a merchandiser actually works in, the numbers they own, and when a spreadsheet stops being the right answer.
6 courses· 10 h 50 minTrack 11
The Industry and Its MarketsYou learn who does what to whom in global apparel: the countries, the business models, the buyers, and where a factory can actually win.
6 courses· 11 hTrack 12
Trade and CustomsYou learn how goods get across a border: the documents, the classification, the clearance, and the people who move the box.
8 courses· 15 h 40 minTrack 13
Trade FinanceYou learn how an export order gets paid, what it costs to wait for the money, and the instruments that stand between a shipment and a bad debt.
7 courses· 13 h 30 minTrack 14
Winning and Keeping the BusinessYou learn the commercial side of a factory: quoting, contracting, holding an account, and knowing which orders are worth having.
6 courses· 11 hTrack 15
AI for MerchandisersYou learn what these tools can and cannot do on real order data, how to work with one daily, and what to ask before buying any of it.
5 courses· 10 hTrack 16
Retail BuyingYou see the same order from the other side of the table: how a retailer builds a range, and what they are actually optimising.
6 courses· 12 hTrack 17
Retail PlanningYou learn the arithmetic that decides what gets bought: open-to-buy, phasing, markdown, and the numbers a planner is judged on.
7 courses· 14 h 30 minTrack 18
Allocation and InventoryYou learn how to get the right stock to the right place, and how to know what you really have, including what comes back.
6 courses· 10 h 50 minTrack 19
Visual and Digital MerchandisingYou see where the range meets the customer: in a store, on a page, or in a marketplace. And how that gets measured.
6 courses· 11 h 8 minTrack 20
MachineryYou learn what each machine on the floor is for, what it costs, and why the machine list decides which styles you can quote.
6 courses· 11 h 45 minTrack 21
Product CategoriesOne course per kind of garment. A jean, a sock, and a down jacket are made, costed, and inspected by different rules.
7 courses· 13 h 50 minTrack 22
Digital Product CreationYou learn to design, fit, and approve a garment on a screen before anybody cuts cloth. And you see what that changes about sampling.
5 courses· 9 h 10 minTrack 23
Warehouse and DistributionYou learn where materials and finished goods actually sit, how you know what is there, and how it gets to the buyer's door.
6 courses· 12 h 6 minTrack 24
The Connected FactoryYou take the machines and sensors that report for themselves: what real-time data is worth, and what it costs to get it.
6 courses· 11 hTrack 25
Using MerchandiserOSYou do the whole job inside one system: styles, quotes, orders, sampling, the critical path, materials, shipping, and the records that prove it.
17 courses· 31 h 52 minYou take the trade agreements, customs practice, and finance that decide where an order is best placed. They are compared across the origins a buyer actually chooses between, rather than argued for one of them.
6 courses· 11 hTrack 27
Buyer-Side Order ManagementThis is the mirror of Running the Order, from the buyer's chair: placing work with the right supplier, holding a calendar across many of them at once, and knowing which factory is actually performing.

Natural Fibres: Cotton, Wool, Bast and Silk
You meet the four natural fibre families the way a factory and a buying office actually meet them. You learn what the numbers on a cotton bale, a wool test certificate, and a silk grade control, and what each fibre choice does to the garment and to the FOB.
Fibres and Yarns · 3 lessons · 130 min
Man-Made and Synthetic Fibres
You look at the fibres made in a factory rather than grown in a field. You see what the making route does to shrinkage, strength, and feel. You learn to read denier, filament count, and an elastane percentage off a tech pack, and what each fibre costs by the time it reaches FOB.
Fibres and Yarns · 3 lessons · 120 min
Yarn Formation and Counts
You see how fibre becomes yarn, and how to write that yarn down. You take the four spinning routes and what each does to strength, fuzz, and price; the count systems and how to convert between them; and the twist that decides whether a T-shirt twists on the body after washing.
Fibres and Yarns · 3 lessons · 102 min
Yarn Quality and Faults
You read one delivery of combed cotton yarn, certificate by certificate, against Uster Statistics. You follow it to the streaky fabric it produced three weeks later, and to the four costed ways out.
Fibres and Yarns · 3 lessons · 110 min
Blends and Why They Exist
You see why fibres are mixed, what a ratio actually buys, and where blends go wrong. You cost four constructions to FOB, trace a dye failure back to a yarn that was plied rather than intimate, and look at a declared 95/5 that tested 92/8 at a border.
Fibres and Yarns · 3 lessons · 99 min
Woven Fabric Construction
You see how a woven cloth is built, and you read a mill's one-line fabric specification field by field. You learn what the construction predicts about consumption, cost, and what the garment will do.
Fabric · 3 lessons · 112 min
