What it is
A few doctrines run through the whole app. Capture is permissive — you can always finish the task in front of you and mint a missing reference inline — but commitment is gated: a consequential advance (confirm, release, ship) is hard-gated on real data, never a click-then-refuse.
How to use it
Green is earned from positive evidence, never from the absence of a problem. A blank field is honestly absent, never coerced to 0 or today. Every change that touches a record is written to an audit log — who, what, when, on which record — and edits show 'saved: old → new' with an Undo.
Good to knowWhen an action is blocked, the app names and links the blocker — it never dead-ends you with a vague 'cannot do this'.
