What it is
Reference data (Lists & codes) is the owner-editable vocabulary behind every dropdown — currencies, units, size scales, garment and fabric types, incoterms, countries, defect types, and more. Because values are picked, not typed, your data stays clean and reusable.
How to use it
In Settings → Lists & codes, add, rename, or archive values across each category. Users can also add a missing value inline from a form when their role permits it — a merchandiser can add a fabric type, a sourcing user a unit — and the change re-uses your list, never a free-text one-off.
