Pricing and Promotional Strategy
You price one men's tailoring range in one autumn three ways. You work out how many extra garments a discount must sell just to stand still. You look at a promotion that hit every target it was set and still lost money. And you meet a cheapest price whose real job is not selling garments at all.

What will you be able to do?
Work outcome
You can build and defend an open-to-buy, phase intake against a forecast you can justify, and decide when to take a markdown instead of holding stock that is quietly costing you money.
Who it is for
Brand and buying-office teams.
What you will produce
You build a pricing file for one range. You work out the extra volume every discount depth needs on every line just to break even. You judge a promotion over a window long enough to hold its own payback, writing down the baseline it rests on and stress-testing it. And you build a set of prices in which each price point is given a job, and you work out the cost of that job in money.
