Space Planning and Store Layout
You measure one 384 square metre menswear shop gate by gate, then rebuild it. You reallocate 148 linear metres across seven categories. You argue one neighbour pairing on basket data and reject another on the same data. And you cost the refit down to the two trading days the shop was shut.

What will you be able to do?
Work outcome
You can lay out a space or a page against a commercial objective, run a test whose result you can actually trust, and read the analytics without mistaking traffic for demand.
Who it is for
Brand and buying-office teams.
What you will produce
You build a zone-and-gate measurement sheet for one shop. You allocate frontage reading every category three ways: margin a metre-week, units a metre-week, and margin per thousand passing shoppers. You cost a refit schedule separating fixtures, labour, and trading days lost. And you work out the extra margin the plan must earn before it is approved.
