Inspections that decide by the book
Run inspections from incoming material to pre-shipment. For a final AQL, the sample size and accept/reject numbers come from the standard tables, and the result is worked out from the defects you record.
What you can do
- Ten inspection types: incoming, cutting, PP, in-line, print, finishing, final AQL, pre-shipment, measurement and documents.
- AQL sampling per ISO 2859-1, at the buyer's own inspection level and AQL, frozen on the inspection.
- Defects tallied by area and class — the Accept or Reject is computed, never typed.
- Corrective actions (CAPA) with due dates; overdue ones are flagged.
