Lab dips, strike-offs, fit, PP and shipping samples are tracked for every style — what was sent, when, by which courier, and what the buyer decided, with their comments.

What you can do

  • Each round records the parcel, the send date and the buyer's verdict.
  • "Approved with comments" must carry the comments — it can't be left blank.
  • Approvals can be dated before an order exists, and feed the order's time-and-action plan.
  • See at a glance what is waiting on the buyer, and for how long.
