What it is
Floor capture is the shop-floor kiosk — a dark, big-target screen for logging hourly output and defects against an order or a department's job card. It updates the order's produced count and the whole cockpit health in real time.
How to use it
Open Floor capture on a tablet, pick the order (or your department), and enter pieces for the hour. On an order without production orders, logging the same hour again asks Add or Replace so you never double-count; an order with production orders adds the pieces to its sewing job card. Log a defect with its type and quantity the same way.
Good to knowThere is a materials gate: you can't record production for an order whose body fabric has not been received to the factory's threshold — you can't cut what isn't in.
