What it is
The Time & Action (T&A) plan is the order's critical path — milestones from order confirmation through sampling, materials, cutting, sewing, inspections, and ex-factory, each owned by the factory, a supplier, or the buyer. Dates are back-scheduled from the ship date and flex to the order's real attributes (quantity, wash, print, CMT).
How to use it
Apply a plan to an order (it auto-applies on creation by construction) and read the milestone table plus a read-only Gantt with the computed critical path. Log an actual date on a milestone and every downstream dependent reschedules.
Good to knowA milestone is marked done by the real event — a PO issued, a GRN received, a buyer approval recorded — not a hand-flipped status. The app suggests 'looks done' from evidence; you confirm.
