It covers the full order lifecycle — quoting, tech packs, materials, suppliers, purchasing, production planning, shop-floor capture, quality gates, costing, sampling, logistics, and AI tech-pack reading — so the whole workflow lives in one place instead of scattered spreadsheets and email.
How to use it
You do not need to learn every module at once. The app opens on My Work, shows what needs attention, and links straight to the record. Start with the part that hurts most: fast, accurate quotes and on-time delivery. The rest of the workflow follows the same detect-act-resolve pattern.
Good to knowMerchandiserOS covers a buyer's goods from enquiry to ex-factory. Retail work such as line planning, WSSI, open-to-buy and store allocation is outside its scope, and the ledger and payments stay in your ERP.
