What it is
AI drafting writes the routine messages for you — a buyer status update, a supplier chase for a late PO (in English and Arabic) — built from the real facts on the record. Every draft carries a 'Draft — review before sending' badge and lists the facts it used.
How to use it
On an overdue PO, use 'Draft supplier chase'; on an order, 'Draft buyer update'. Read the provenance, edit freely, and copy it out. The system never sends anything — the human sends.
Good to knowA draft never claims progress that isn't in the facts — on a red order it states the risk plainly rather than reassuring.
