What it is
Ask MerchandiserOS is a chat assistant grounded in your workspace — it answers only from real records (which orders are at risk, your on-time rate, the costliest style to make) and cites the real codes. It never invents a number, and says 'I don't have that' when the data is absent.
How to use it
Open the Ask bubble on any screen. It is context-aware: on an order it answers about that order; on a settings screen it explains how to use that screen. Ask 'How do I use this screen?' for step-by-step guidance, or ask a data question for a grounded answer.
Good to knowCost answers are role-gated — a floor or QA user is told costs are hidden for their role, never shown the FOB.
