What it is
The planning heat-map shows every production line and subcontractor against the coming weeks, each cell coloured by load versus capacity — green under, amber near, red over. Capacity reads in SAM-minutes where you have the inputs, so a high-SAM garment can't read green on pieces while it is red on minutes.
How to use it
From an order's planning view, allocate its quantity onto a line and week (or several). The board shows overload, free capacity before ship, and orders that run past their ship date. Extend the horizon up to a year for factories with long-booked capacity.
