What it is
A typed inspection runs the right sections for its phase — pre-production, inline/DUPRO, final AQL, pre-shipment — with a defect tally by class, a measurement spot-check, and workmanship checklists. The verdict (accept, reject, rework, conditional) is computed from the sampling plan, never typed.
How to use it
From an order's Quality tab, create an inspection of the suggested type for the current stage. The AQL sample size and accept/reject numbers come from the order's frozen standard. Record defect counts and measurements, then compute the result. Print a blank sheet to fill on the floor.
Good to knowEach defect class is judged on its own plan off one sample size — critical at zero tolerance, major and minor at their own AQL — exactly as ISO 2859-1 works.
